We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as we operate under a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Replacement policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and our operational standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges or replacements for any product once it has been delivered.
Please ensure that you review your order details, size, color, and specifications carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Quality Assurance & Testing
We take immense pride in the quality of our products.
Rigorous Testing: Every single item goes through a hard quality check and rigorous testing process at our warehouse.
Pre-Shipment Inspection: Our team personally verifies that the product is defect-free and in perfect condition before it is packed and handed over to the courier.
Because we verify the condition of every item before it leaves our facility, we do not offer replacements for “defective” items, as we ensure they are not defective when shipped.
3. Damaged During Shipping (The Only Exception)
While we pack our products securely, we understand that damage can occasionally happen during transit by the courier company.
We will only consider a replacement or refund request IF AND ONLY IF the product arrives physically damaged due to shipping mishandling.
To be eligible for this exception, you must:
Record an Unboxing Video: You must record a clear video while opening the package for the first time. This video acts as proof that the item was damaged upon arrival and not after opening.
Report Within 24 Hours: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof: Send the unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to mokshchairs@gmail.com or +91 9371015698.
If you do not provide an unboxing video or fail to report it within 24 hours, your claim will be rejected.
4. Order Cancellations
Contact us at support@mokshinternational.com with your order number within 24 Hrs of confirmation
Before Shipping: The order can be cancelled within 24 Hrs from order confirmation. If the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we may process a cancellation.
After Shipping: Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
